Hello Everyone. Hope you are all doing extremely well. Durga Puja is knocking at the door. So here I'm sharing the recipe of Chicken Tikka Kebab which is very easy and simple and delicious too.
Ingredients:-
First take the chicken cubes to a big bowl. Add lemon juice, Black pepper powder, and salt. Mix it well and marinate it for at least half an hour. Then lightly fry the Besan powder without oil and keep it aside. Then fry all the spices mentioned above without oil then crushed it finely and keep it aside. Now the bowl with chicken cubes, add cubed capsicum, cubed tomato and cubed onion. Add curd, fried and crushed spices, ginger-garlic paste, chili paste, rock salt, chat masala, dry mango powder, and mustard oil. Mix all the ingredients very well and keep it in refrigerator for one hour.
Now add fried besan to the mixture. Take the wooden stick and skewed them in this manner, first insert a piece of cubed capsicum then a piece of cubed tomato, then a piece of cubed onion, then a piece of chicken, then a piece of cubed onion, then a piece of cubed tomato, then a piece of cubed capsicum. Add sunflower oil in a fry pan. Give the chicken sticks in the pan and let it be fried. Then heat the charcoal and keep it on a small metal bowl then keep the bowl in the middle of the pan. Pour ghee on the charcoal and cover a pan with a lid. It gives a smokey flavor to it. Now your Chicken Tikka Tawa kebab is ready to serve. You can serve it with mayonnaise and tomato sauce.
Tips:- For extra smokey flavor you can grill it on gas stove or microwave oven.

- 1 teaspoon Ginger-Garlic paste.
- 1 teaspoon Green Chili paste.
- 1 tablespoon Chana Besan / Gram flour.
- 1 green Capsicum cubed.
- 1 Tomato cubed.
- 1 Onion cubed.
