Prawn Malai Curry II Chingri Malai Curry By Soumi's Kitchen Theory

Hello everyone. Hope you are all doing extremely well. Here I'm sharing the recipe of Prawn Malai Curry. This is the most delicious dish of Bengal. It's a very easy recipe. It takes only 25-30 minutes to cook. Here the steps are:-

Ingredients:-
                       1. 4-6 piece of Prawn.
                       2. White Oil.
                       3. 1 teaspoon of Ginger paste.
                       4. 1 teaspoon of Cumin paste.
                       5. 1 medium size Onion paste.
                       6. 1/3rd teaspoon of Fennel Paste.
                       7. 1 green Cardamon.
                       8. 1 small piece of Cinnamon.
                       9. 1 piece clove.
                     10. 1/2 cup coconut milk.
                     11. Salt.
                     12. Sugar.
                     13. Green Chili.
Steps:-  First clean the Prawns properly. Then spread 1/2 teaspoon salt over the Prawns and mix well. Then take a pan. Add 2 tablespoon white oil. Heat the oil. Stir fry the Prawns. Then put it on a bowl. Now add 1 small Cardamon, 1 small piece of Cinnamon, 1 piece of clove on the same oil. After that add 1 teaspoon of Ginger paste, 1 teaspoon of Cumin paste, 1 medium size onion paste. Fry all this spices. Then add 1/3rd teaspoon of Fennel paste. Then add 1/2 cup of  coconut milk, 2-3 green chilies. Add salt and sugar as per taste. Boil the gravy for 2-3 minutes. Then add the fried prawns to the gravy. Mix it well and boil for 4-5 minutes. And the delicious Prawn Malai Curry is ready to serve.
Tips:-  1. Don't fry the prawns for a longer time as the prawn will get stiffer.
            2. You may add Ghee also. It will give an additional flavor to it.
