Yummy Custard II Now a days children don't like to eat fruits. So parent can make it for their children and mix it with fruits. Children will love to eat it.

Hello everyone. Here I am going to write a recipe of Custard. It's a very easy-to-make and less-time consuming sweet dish. It contains low calorie if you can make it with "Sugar Free Natura" instead of sugar. Those who love to eat sweet dishes please try it at once , 


I assure that you will love to make it repeatedly. 
So follow the steps to make it properly:- 

Ingredients:- 1. 4 table spoon Custard Powder. (I prefer "Vanilla Custard                                                                                            Powder-Weikfield")
                      2. Half litter Milk.
                      3. 4 table spoon condensed Milk or Milk Powder.
                      4. 5 or 6 table spoon Sugar or "Sugar Free Natura".
                      5. Cashew.
                      6. Raisin.
                      7. Fruits (Mango, Banana, grapes etc..)
                      8. Salt.

Steps: 
              
1. Pour half litter of milk into a medium bowl. Heat the milk and keep stirring it. 
2. After that take 6-7 table spoon of milk from the heated milk to a small bowl.
3. Now you can add 3-4 table spoon of condensed milk or 5-6 table spoon of powder milk to the heated milk of medium bowl to make the milk thicker and keep heating & stirring it.
4. You can add raising, cashew to the medium bowl.
5. You can now add 5-6 table spoon of sugar or "Sugar Free Natura".
6. Now add 4-5 table spoon of Custard powder to the milk of the small bowl and make a smooth paste.
7. Now add the paste to the milk of big bowl while stirring it. Keep heating the mixture and keep stirring for 3-4 minutes.
8. Now switch of the oven and give it 1-2 hours for cooling. You can put it inside your refrigerator for 2-3 hours.


Garnishing:- 
Garnishing your food is the most important thing. You have to decorate it to make it attractive. After step 7 you can pour it into 3-4 small glass bowls so the mixture will get a nice shape.Because when the mixture is cold it gets thicker so you can't pour it into another bowl. After pouring it into small glass bowls you can add crushed cashew and raisins as topping and then keep it inside the refrigerator . You can add sliced Banana ,Mango & grapes  over the base before serving it.
